2. Acceptance of all inventions (except what offends public morals or aims to destroy human behaviour or any inventions that legalize gender or that may harm the environment or human health or consume resources necessary for human or animal life)
3. Accepting all academic degrees
4. Acceptance of the application in English or Arabic
5. Submissions accepted for multiple sectors
6. Submit the registration request within the prescribed time period
7. Pay the prescribed fees
8. Paying the fees for those wishing to register more than one of the mentioned sectors.
9.  Acceptance of individual and collective inventions
10. Accepting applications from institutions, individuals and organizations
